Success Story – Visitation allowed by the court

Our patron was being hounded by his wife for visitation and custody rights of his child which he had secured from court citing one or another excuse every time he approached her. The father then approached the High Court of Delhi for compliance of the order he had obtained from the lower court for visitation of 10 days of the summer vacation.

The court upon hearing the contentions of both the parties during which the wife had stated she could not let the child go due to the pandemic and the child was suffering from a skin disease.

The wife felt that it would be unsafe for the child to go out of the house at such time. She had also filed a review petition for the order the husband had secured from the lower court, all this was done by the wife deliberately to harass the husband.

After intense arguments by both the parties, Court directed that the husband can pick up the child on the due date for the stipulated duration of time as ordered by the court. This turned out to be a big win for the father who was delighted and happy.
