Our patron had married the accused woman. After a month of the marriage, she had left her matrimonial home. Soon thereafter, a team of 2 police officers visited his house based on the complaint of her mother. However, on due inspection, they found the complaint to be false and frivolous.

The accused filed a false complaint against our patron based on various forged documents before the CAW cell. She filed fake bills of items allegedly given in dowry. The accused filed jewellery bills, but on perusal with the tax authorities, these bills were found to be fake. She also produced fake marriage location documents that were proved wrong by our patron.

To ascertain the truth, based on strong evidence produced by our patron, the court directed the filing of an FIR against the accused woman. The court directed the police to do the investigation speedily and with utmost sincerity. Court also noted that the police had filed the status report carelessly.
