Success Story – Acquittal of Husband in Dowry Death Case at Delhi

It gives us immense pleasure in sharing the success story of our warrior Mithun Kushwaha who has been acquitted of a false IPC 306 (Dowry Death) and 498a case by a Delhi Court.

Mithun who is from a middle class family, the case came as a bolt of lightning in his otherwise peaceful life. The in laws of Mithun didn’t even respect an agreement made at the local SDM office by them and went ahead to file a false case.

During the course of trial Mithun stood strong with support from family and friends and kept his spirits high and it was due to effective cross-examination which finally lead to his acquittal. The judgment must be read by fighters to understand the importance of proper cross-examination.
